Who we are
A family of brands built around one idea — helping people live, work and invest abroad with ease.
Founded in 2002 by Lodewijk Cuypers, Globexs grew from a single relocation agency into a group of five complementary companies. Today, led by Cuypers and Tiscar Navarro, we combine accommodation, legal, real-estate and property-management expertise under one roof.
From our home base in Valencia to cities all over Spain and the Benelux, we give expats, investors and corporates a single trusted point of contact — and a team that has done it all before.

Our history
Two decades of learning by doing.
Every brand in the group was born from a real need of our customers — not a business plan on paper.
- 2002
Globexs is founded by Lodewijk Cuypers, focused on expats on the move.
- 2009
We start offering accommodation for expats in Antwerp.
- 2010
Tiscar Navarro joins and we open our Valencia office.
- 2015
Globexs launches a specialised webshop for expats and apartment owners.
- 2017
Bluekey Homes is created to serve foreign investors in Valencia.
- 2018
Nestor is founded for property and facility management.
- 2023
Globexs Solutions launches for the Benelux. TN Lawyers is rebranded. Cuypers becomes Honorary Consul of Belgium for Valencia & Castellón.

In partnership with the Desert Leaves Foundation, Globexs has planted 163 trees across two reforestation projects — in Pego, Alicante and in Fuente la Reina — offsetting CO₂ and supporting the recovery of fire-damaged landscapes.
