We are passionate about global mobility. We believe that everyone should be an expat, remote worker, digital nomad, Erasmus student….. at least for a brief period in their lives. We believe that global mobility brings people together. We believe that embracing global mobility is the best way to improve the world around us.
Our mission is to help people abroad. Every company in the Globexs group is dedicated to deliver support, trust and confidence to foreigners in need.
Every day we ask ourselves the following questions: “What is our place in society?”, “What is our place in the relocation industry?”, and “How can we make a difference?”.
We believe that it is our ethical responsibility to help every foreigner abroad, regardless status, color, spending power and sexual orientation. Every day we strive to make foreigners feel welcome in their new environment. Affordable housing for expats and digital nomads in high on our agenda, as well as accessible legal assistance.
We constantly push our tenants to generate less waste, and use less water and energy. In 2024 we plan to reactivate our donations to the Global Footprint Network, in collaboration with the owners of our rental apartments. On top of this, every company in the Globexs Group aims to be carbon neutral.
Updated Autumn 2024
Globexs has announced its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy for 2024. Committed to offset its ecological footprint, Globexs is taking a step towards carbon neutrality by planting 115 trees in Pego, Alicante. In partnership with Desert Leaves Foundation, this reforestation initiative represents Globexs’ dedication to promoting environmental sustainability and creating a healthier planet.
By implementing this policy, Globexs aims to lead by example and show that companies in the housing industry can drive positive environmental change.
The 2024 CSR policy is part of a larger sustainability strategy at Globexs. The company is committed to integrating sustainable practices into all aspects of its operations, setting an example within the temporary housing industry.
